Interview
I went and dropped off my cv to y local Clarks store. On that same day, a lady left a voicemail asking if i could come in for an interview. I tried to call back but she wasn't in till Thursday and even though I asked her colleagues to let her know I was keen to book the interview they didn't. Finally three days later, I phoned and she offered me a slot for that afternoon. My interview was at 2.30 and I got there precisely at 2.30 but when told someone i was there for an interview, it was 2.32 and her manager came and gave me a dirty look and was really patronising saying "Well don't really know if we have the time, it is a job interview you know." I apologised so much, but the lady wasn't having it.The interviewer was much nicer, but I didn't receive an offer as they didn't even call back. I wouldn't have wanted to work there, there backrooms were horrible and with that patronising manger at the front of Clarks...no way.

easy and they were approachable and friendly. It was a group one so it was with other people we were asked to pick a shoe and sell it to eachother and the audience.

Interview
Consisted of two tasks. First task was pairing up with the person next to you and finding out facts about them, which we then presented to everyone else, including the interviewers. They wrote down names, etc. from this task. Second task was selling either a shoe or shoe product (you picked from what was available) to the interviewer, like a roleplay.
They will look at your CV and application and then decide to call you for an interview, which was in person for me. The interview was 30 minutes and was very relaxed.
