I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clarks in Jul 2017
Interview
It was so fun! The manager was great and she really did motice all the qualities I have, unlike other managers that I've interviewed with before. The way I applied was: I was walking around the mall after an interview I just had, and I had extra resume's and saw that Clark's was hiring. So I walked in and the person I asked how to apply happened to be the assistant manager and immediately she liked me. After, I got home and I also filled out an application online just in case. I applied on a Tuesday, and recieved a call Friday afternoon, and got an appointment on Monday. If you are trying to work here, try to drop off a resume first at the actual location, and make sure you leave it with the manager or assistant manager.
A short phone call took place where the person asked a series of simple, straightforward, and basic questions, mainly to gather quick information without going into much detail or complexity.
group interview, was tasked to speak to the other people and then had to sell a shoe to interviewer, asked if we had any questions and then it was over
The interview was a group Q&A session with 4 other candidates. They described the role first, then opened the floor for us to ask questions. Very straightforward and low pressure.
