Online application which required a cv upload and answering some questions (for example why I applied to the role) followed by face to face interview in store and a very brief trial where they can see how you do on the shop floor

Can you tell me about a time when you worked as part of a team?
Can you tell me about a time when you had to follow a set of guidelines?
Can you tell me about a time when you delivered excellent customer service?
It was a group interview. They passed whiteboards and pens around and asked us various questions in order to see how we would respond. After this they then began a role playing scenario in which you had to take a product from the store and attempt to convince people in the group to buy it.

Arrived and there was a group of us. No one to one interview. Mainly group work. Scenario given and had to choose an appropriate shoe for that scenario and explain your choices.

Interview
The interview was very relaxed. They took me to a room upstairs with the manager. tI lasted 10 minutes maximum. She told me that I got the job immediately afterwards.
