There were 7 applicants along with th manger and manager. They both were very friendly and made us feel welcomed to the store. We started off with a brief introduction about the pay which is approximately £7.50/hour for any age, and the history of Clark’s. There wasn’t a one-to-one interview, it was all group based, our first task was that we were put into groups of two and we had 2.5 mins to write down everything about them and vice verse. Then we had to sell that individual to the manager and assistant manager. They were so sympathetic and told us all the positives about what we did. Our second task was that we got a shoe from Clark’s and then we has 3 minutes to describe the shoe and sell it to the manager and assistant manager. Our final task was the easiest, we were spilt into a group of 4 and 5 and mind mapped, ‘What makes a ood Clark’s team memebr?’, we had to list all the qualities like enthusiastic for example, hen we had to talk infront of the other group and the manger and assistant manager. The whole experiance was a amazing, the staff were friendly and made all of us know that we all did a good job.
