I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clarks (Nottingham, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Begin with standard ice breaker, and had to introduce ourselves to the rest of the group.
Did a group assessment, we had to demonstrate that we could apply Clarks model of fab (features, advantages, and benefits) to selected shoes. To stand out you had to speak up and be confident, I think it easy for to other people to overshadow others in group assessments. There were two main supervisors that did the assessment and they will be writing notes down during tasks.
A group interview. A good level of contact beforehand and after, you had to choose a shoe to pitch and pitch it in front of the group. You also had to talk a bit about yourself.
Easy, short, relevant questions - interviewers were all friendly and genuinely wanted to help you answer questions to the best of your ability. Felt very at ease and relaxed at all times throughout.
Choose a shoe and then create a pitch to sell us this shoe. Explain why someone should buy the shoe that you have decided to choose and try to sell us.
