Telephone call with manager of store asking why I’d like to work at Clark’s. Less than a 10 minute call. Then was invited for a physical interview to further the process and be asked more in depth questions
Easy process, just go into store and meet with one of the managers. Easy questions, all in all I’d say takes about 15-20 minute. Most important thing is don’t stress about it

Group interview after applying online on indeed
Firstly asked us to introduce ourselves and we were then asked to talk to people around us and find facts about them which. We then had to say what we learnt about them infront of the group.
After, the manager selected a shoe and asked us to advertise it
Very easy - was very chilled. Just asked about experience on CV and had a chat. Was good to be relaxed and the manager was lovely - didn’t ask too many questions
