I applied in-person. I interviewed at Clarks (Warrington, North West England, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
I met the lady doing the interview, got asked the standard questions about what was my experience working with customers etc. I was feeling relaxed and positive coming out of the interview. She said that I would hear back very soon (i.e within days) They never called me back to tell me I hadn't got the job. I found this incredibly rude and they should take more care to think about the effort people put in for job interviews. It gives a terrible impression of the company if your hiring staff cannot even be bothered to respectfully turn you down for a job.
Fairly straightforward asked any previous experience, and why I wanted the job. An informal conversation happened and was then given the job. Eager for people who willing to learn and determined to grow

Question 1
Any previous experience that may help with the role
Long and time wasting tends to be extremely large group interviews which make it harder to showcase any of you own abilities or talents, id recommend workimg for a more inclusive and experience worthy job
