I received an email from Clarks but i found it in my spam folder! The process itself was okay, it took about an hour for the group interview where we had 2 ice breaker activities and 3 activities that were really focused on our ability to be sales assistants. For one of the activities, you have to work in pairs so be sure not to share everything you want to say in front if the group to the person you're working with or they may steal your ideas.
A group interview. A good level of contact beforehand and after, you had to choose a shoe to pitch and pitch it in front of the group. You also had to talk a bit about yourself.
Easy, short, relevant questions - interviewers were all friendly and genuinely wanted to help you answer questions to the best of your ability. Felt very at ease and relaxed at all times throughout.
Choose a shoe and then create a pitch to sell us this shoe. Explain why someone should buy the shoe that you have decided to choose and try to sell us.
