I applied online and then got a call from them a few days later. She said there was a cancellation today so whether I could come at 2. I had an appointment at 1.30 so I couldnt have gone. Plus too short notice. Then she told me to come a week later. The overall interview process was good. The interviewer was really friendly, made me feel really relaxed. She asked me a few questions like "have you ever...." type of questions, then she took me on the shop floor to choose a shoe and describe it. I picked a kids shoe and describe it and then she told me to pick a shoe which I would buy for myself. I had my interview 2 days ago. Haven't received any call yet.

It was very relaxed, it was not a one to one interview it was a group interview and we were given scenarios and we had to choose shoes accordingly and explain to the group why we chose those shoes
