Interview
They get you into a room with other prospective temps, then you undergo a group interview where you role play sales situations. After this, they have everyone introduce themselves in order to assess interpersonal skills
Group interview, relaxed and fun. Smart casual to casual clothing was appropriate, some came in school uniform. Was set out on the shop floor in a large circle just after closing time. Everyone was friendly and encouraged to share ans made to feel comfortable enough to do so.
