Just a few questions around simple competencies mostly to do with how well you would work in the Clarks sales team including being able to sell a shoe to the store manager as a task and then just giving examples of when you have worked ina group or had to lead a group etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: When have you worked in a team? When have you had to make a major compromise on something? When have you bounced back from failure?
A group interview. A good level of contact beforehand and after, you had to choose a shoe to pitch and pitch it in front of the group. You also had to talk a bit about yourself.
Easy, short, relevant questions - interviewers were all friendly and genuinely wanted to help you answer questions to the best of your ability. Felt very at ease and relaxed at all times throughout.
Choose a shoe and then create a pitch to sell us this shoe. Explain why someone should buy the shoe that you have decided to choose and try to sell us.
