I attended a group interview at Clarks, where we took part in teamwork exercises and customer service role-plays. We worked together to solve retail scenarios, like helping a customer find the perfect pair of shoes. Throughout the session, the interviewers assessed our communication, teamwork, and ability to provide great customer service.

Very easy, applied then had a phone call to come into the store. Had a conversation that lasted 10 mins went home and received another called I got the job.
