The interview was held as a group Interview with two other people. Had to 'sell' multiple shoe and describe the best things about each shoe and why it was the best option.

Application then face to face interview with a group of 10 other applicants. It was more of group work rather then 1-1 interview questions. However, after the group activities, we were taken to a room to answer some more questions

I applied online and received an email inviting me to a group interview. There were about 8 of us, and all we were aked to do was get into groups of two or three and list three things we liked and three things we disliked and discuss them with our group whilst the managers observed - we then had to share our likes and dislikes with everyone. Next, we were asked to pick a shoe from the store and sell it to the group. I felt like it was a bit hard to show off your potential with so many other people there and with very small tasks to do. There was no opportunity for the managers to get to know you and your experience/personality.
