I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clarks
Interview
Applied online and went in for a group interview. There was about 10 of us (meant to be more but some didn't turn up apparently). Did an icebreaker and then everyone was given a shoe and we had to sell it to the group. Got rejected the next day
Saw vacancy opened again every week after. Then recently decided to try my luck and apply again to see what would happen. Got a phone call a two days later asking me if i was still looking for a job and to come in with my passport, NI number and bank details. Went in and did the same interview again even though manager recognised me (knew my name straight off) and rejected me again, so don't really know why she called me in the 2nd time to be quite honest
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Sell this shoe (1st was a woman's ballet pump type shoe 2nd was a black shoe with a strap)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clarks (Cannock, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Situational questions: all ‘name a time when you have had to…’ not too formal at all. Heard back very quickly after interview, 3 days I think. Good experience as a whole.

Question 1
Name a challenging situation and how you dealt with it.
There was an initial phone call, then we arranged an in-person interview. It was very casual and the person interviewing me was very friendly, the interview was overall quite easy
Extremely casual, was more of a chat with the manager than an interview. The interview was over the phone and took less than 10 minutes. The manager was really friendly and encouraging though.
