Applied Online, then got asked to come in and have a group interview, with about 15 other people. It was fairly relaxed, we were asked to split into small groups and then were asked simple questions. Part of the process involved selling a type of shoe as a group. Overall fairly relaxed and nothing to worry yourself about.

2 Stage Interview - First was a group excercise within the store, focused on team building and knowledge of the product line, after that you are invited to a 1 on 1 interview
Group interview plus phone call. As a group you present a shoe to others and your assessed on your ability to sell to the audience given only some information about the shoe
