There were about 15 of us sat down in a circle and 2 managers. Knew it was going to be a group interview but it was also stated in the job description that 1 to 1 interviews would be held after 30 minutes which did not happen. (Slightly annoyed as I did a lot of research and prepared for questions to be asked because that’s what the Clarks webpage said to do). We got partnered up and presented a show to the group in pars. The majority of questions asked to us did not even involve the job itself. Overall I would say although the managers and other applicants were lovely the interview style was poor as it didn’t give people a chance to speak about themselves and their own skills, especially because there were so many of us.

Was a group interview where we were given scenarios about what shoe to get for different people. I Was asked what the best shoe for a working nurse was. There were about 10 people there and the process was very relaxed.
