Was called quickly after I applied and invited to an enjoyable group interview. There were around 8 people also interviewing. We were asked to bring an item we felt represented us.
Interview process was straight forward with two stages. Fist stage was with the senior staff at the store, and the second (final) stage was with the manager of the store.

Main focus of the questions were targeting scenarios and how well I could handle difficult situations, and overall how well I am with customer services.
