Interview
Group interview followed by individual interviews. Everyone was friendly and supportive, it didn't feel competitive at all because there were several jobs. I felt comfortable and at ease straight away and I think it would have been a good place to work if I'd accepted the offer.
Simple, just asked a few questions. They had us in groups for a while, we picked a shoe and had to sell it to a "customer" (them pretending to be one) and then they had a one on one interview afterwards.
Casual interview process, asked the common questions of why I wanted to work there and why I think I suited the job role. Asked about my availability, how many hours/days I could work a week.
