Applied online and heard back about a week and a half later. Called me in for an interview a few days later. Very quick interview with friendly interviewer. This was only the other day so I have not heard back from them yet but I will decline as I have accepted another job offer.

Relaxed, chatty, informal, more testing of communication skills, asked about customer service questions and previous experience and was not that long. Showed me around a bit and got back to me quickly.

Applied online. Got a phone call roughly a week later offering to come for a group interview. Attended the interview and had to work in a team to find the right shoe to fit a scenario which I was given. Got told more info about the job and got told they would get back to me within 14 days
