Interview
The process took approximately a week. I applied online, and the next day one of the managers called me to arrange an interview. I interviewed the same week, the interviewer was nice and chatty. The questions were almost exclusively about times in the past when I demonstrated a certain skill, so make sure to have some examples as it might be tricky to answer these questions on the spot. It was a one-to-one interview without any "sell me this shoe" role-play.
