I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Clarks (Willow Grove, PA) in May 2014
Interview
I applied for the job off the mall website. I literally got a call the next day to set up an interview, and my interview was set the next day. The store was still being built so we had it outside the store. She asked basic questions, gave a little information about the store, values etc. I came in a couple days later to put my background info and meet the other employees, and my district manager. Everybody was really nice.

Question 1
The most unexpected thing she did was ask me about my salesmanship. Being the fact that I was fresh out of high school, I didn't have any retail experience but because I was a business major, I told her I knew I could sell myself. So, she asked me to sell her the pen she was holding. It was random but it was really fun to do. She liked the way I sold it.
