I applied first with a walk-in. I walked in and asked for a paper application which I completed on the spot. I received a call from the manager within a day or 2 interested in setting up an interview.
The assistant manager completed the interview and hired me on the spot.
Remember people...if you apply at an outlet store versus a full retail store (I worked an outlet), the sales environment will be very different!!!
