I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Clarks (Bury St Edmunds, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
Everyone comes in and sits down and then they have 2 parts to the process, group activity, ice breakers and then interview. The ice breakers are usually like the ones that they give u at school like talk to the person next to you and tell me 3 things about them and for the interview they say what would you do if the shop is really busy
A group interview. A good level of contact beforehand and after, you had to choose a shoe to pitch and pitch it in front of the group. You also had to talk a bit about yourself.
Easy, short, relevant questions - interviewers were all friendly and genuinely wanted to help you answer questions to the best of your ability. Felt very at ease and relaxed at all times throughout.
Choose a shoe and then create a pitch to sell us this shoe. Explain why someone should buy the shoe that you have decided to choose and try to sell us.
