- General questions about CV and previous experience - What skills you have that would be suitable for the role
It was a group interview. There were about 10 of us. They asked us to act out certain scenarios. For example, if a customer had asked for advice about one thing and then suddenly switched to something else.
Relaxed and basic questions about how you will sell and your skills. Friendly interviewer and also shown around the shop. Informed about holiday processes and staff already there and expectations.
Was very laid back process and had to describe how you would sell a shoe. Asked about previous customer service experience. Was overall very calm and pleasant interview with no hard questions.
