Interview
it was a group interview, they want to see how you are able to upsell products and how well you work in a group setting. Show you are creative and smart when itcomes to selling shoes and show you work well with others

they asked us to pick a celebrity and choose a shoe for them
Called in, asked questions like give examples of went something went wrong, what did you do, what are your strengths/ weaknesses, how would you deliver good customer service etc very relaxed
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Clarks (London, England)
Interview
Somewhat long and unstructured, more of a vibe check, compared to a previous clarks interview. They essentially see your skill in selling yourself, as well as of course selling to a customer, with hints of company knowledge benefiting me greatly.
