Invited to a face-to-face interview. Asked about past work and what you aim to achieve working there then a practice sale. If accepted, you have to buddy up with someone who already works there so they can teach you how to sell shoes, find shoes and measure feet. You have to be monitored for atleast 20 shoe fittings and measures before you can be independent.

Situational questions: all ‘name a time when you have had to…’ not too formal at all. Heard back very quickly after interview, 3 days I think. Good experience as a whole.

Name a challenging situation and how you dealt with it.
There was an initial phone call, then we arranged an in-person interview. It was very casual and the person interviewing me was very friendly, the interview was overall quite easy
Extremely casual, was more of a chat with the manager than an interview. The interview was over the phone and took less than 10 minutes. The manager was really friendly and encouraging though.
