Interview process was done as a group with tasks to explain why you would be suitable for the role and what shoe you would sell to a particular customer profile. Relatively laid back interview process, made it less daunting.

Interview
Basic interview for retail. Interview felt rather relaxed and informal. Interviewer asked about my previous experience working in retail and though I only worked in a stock room it didn't seem to matter for the role. Seemed to be more important that I was avaliable to work and flexible with my hours. Was offered the job pretty much on the spot as the interviewer called me on my way home.
