Casual and quick- was under ten minutes- interviewers were friendly and welcoming and only asked a few basic questions focusing on previous experience in a team and what you could bring to the job

Question 1
Give an example of when you have worked successfully in a team
easy and they were approachable and friendly. It was a group one so it was with other people we were asked to pick a shoe and sell it to eachother and the audience.

Interview
Consisted of two tasks. First task was pairing up with the person next to you and finding out facts about them, which we then presented to everyone else, including the interviewers. They wrote down names, etc. from this task. Second task was selling either a shoe or shoe product (you picked from what was available) to the interviewer, like a roleplay.
They will look at your CV and application and then decide to call you for an interview, which was in person for me. The interview was 30 minutes and was very relaxed.
