Simple, one-to-one interview with the team leader. Laid back, asked me about my availability, what I would do in certain situations (like if I wanted to try and sell multiple pairs of shoes in one sale), etc.

How would you try and sell multiple products to a customer if they only wanted one pair of shoes?
A short phone call took place where the person asked a series of simple, straightforward, and basic questions, mainly to gather quick information without going into much detail or complexity.
