Occurred at the Clarks Whitgift location. I interviewed with one other candidate. We met with one member of the clarks team. It was very casual and straightforward. It did not take longer than about 30 minutes.

Interview
Consisted of two tasks. First task was pairing up with the person next to you and finding out facts about them, which we then presented to everyone else, including the interviewers. They wrote down names, etc. from this task. Second task was selling either a shoe or shoe product (you picked from what was available) to the interviewer, like a roleplay.
They will look at your CV and application and then decide to call you for an interview, which was in person for me. The interview was 30 minutes and was very relaxed.
