Interview
A brief 10 minute phone call, assessing if you had the required skills. This was then followed by an assessment day, which started with a brief presentation about the company, followed by an excel assessment and a competency based interview.

Having done the excel practical. There was a talk about what you had done. You needed to describe in detail what you had ascertained from the data and how was this relevant to the sales of the company.
