Clarks Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The interview felt both formal and informal. The manager made a lot of assumptions about me and said, "I assume you know a lot about shoes?" to which I replied, "Yes, I love shoes!" which is true. He seemed to want to know more about me but I'm not sure if it mattered overall. He sort of explained how things go in the store, but there weren't a lot of details. I asked questions about the sales quota and the manager assured me that the stress of making the sales quota would not be put onto me but would be a goal we all strived for but did not have to absolutely meet.

Very professional. I met the senior manager and she was very friendly and put me at my ease. I met lots of other staff and had a look around the environment first. You are offered a good discount if you work here.
