Interview
Application form left into store and got a call about two weeks later to invite me to a group interview.
Group interview was very relaxed and the managers were really friendly. We were split into groups of five or six and did some exercises that were designed to reflect the job, such as talking to other people and picking a product for a potential customer.
A few days later I got a call to come back for a one to one interview, which was also relaxed and talked about past experience and how i would fit the job.
