Filled in an online application form, was then invited for a group interview in the store with other applicants. There must have been at least 15 other applicants in the group.

Question 1
We were asked to introduce ourselves, and then choose a cartoon/fictional/tv show character which best describes us and why. We were then asked to choose a shoe from the shop floor and explain why they would be good for our chosen character.

Group interview with about 8 or 9 people.
Informal interview style within the shop itself.
Personality assessing questions, figure out how confident you are within a group and how you interact with others, wanted positive and personable staff members.
