Interview
After applying online, reaching out to almost all of the recruiters on Linkedin, and creating a social media video for their marketing campaign #classyis I got an email from one of the recruiters to set up a phone interview. That phone interview lasted almost an hour and was VERY thorough on my biggest clients that I've worked with in the past, different metrics I've hit, how I differentiate myself, why classy, etc. After that conversation we set up another meeting for me to come in and meet 3 different managers. I met with the two hiring managers and the vp of sales. Although the environment is casual, make sure you dress in business attire. Each person you meet with is separately and will take about 30 minutes each. All the questions are pretty standard but they are looking for someone that will fit the social mentality, competitive yet positive environment, and have a hunter/winner drive.
