Interview process was streamlined and my time was not wasted, but felt valued. Had five total interviews, and one mock call. The mock call was particularly difficult for me as it felt awkward and not real natural. The person who conducted the mock call was excellent and helped it to feel relaxed, but at the end of the day it just was quite awkward. All in all, it was a strong experience. I was assigned a Talent Acquisition Manager, and they were prompt to respond to me and guided me through the process. The Talent Manager called me to walk through the offer. I was impressed by the process.
