First I had a very brief phone interview. It was friendly and straight to the point. Then I went in for an in-person interview with the manager for the role I was interviewing for. It was very professional and informative. I got a quick tour of the office and heard back from Classy two days later with an offer. Some people on my team had a more extensive interview process where they had to interview with more managers. I think it just depends on background, experience and the role you're interviewing for.
