Interview
Very pleasant and answered questions relevant to my experience and potential job. Interviewers were quite positive and seemed interested in my responses. I felt good about my chances by the end of the interview.
The hiring and interview process went very quickly and was pretty easy, but when I asked why they were filling the position (AKA what happened to the person before me), they skirted around the question, which should have been a red flag. It turns out that this is an incredibly toxic work environment and in retrospect, I can see why the past employee left.

Interview was to the point. Manager was great at interviewing and honest about what was expected. Made me feel comfortable. Once I started the position the manager was a great mentor.
