The interview process was thorough and thoughtful. It was clear they wanted the right fit and a long-term commitment and asked pointed questions to gather info about personality and work ethic to make sure it was a good fit. There was nothing terribly intense as this is an entry position, but the management cares about finding the right people rather than lengthy experience.

Reached out vie email by recruiter, scheduled time to meet, had 30 phone conversation, emailed about meeting with the branch president, had zoom interview, emailed about meeting with the VP of Sales, had zoom interview. Nest step was to be an in-person interview however received phone call with offer instead.
