I had a conversation with a Recruiter on the team, and was moved into a final round interview which consisted of receiving the schedule that morning, speaking with recruiters, reviewing resumes and explaining what stood out to me, and role playing as a talent partner/recruiter. Within a few hours of the interview I received a call out of the blue from the recruiter to say I was "still developing" and wouldn't be a good fit for the team. Honestly the people seemed pretty nice, but this leaves a pretty bad taste in the mouth. They will need to tighten the screws on giving people time to prepare and understand the process prior to it happening.
