Connect with multiple employees, submit resume, and finally 2 back to back virtual interviews. They do all of the interns together no matter what role your going for so they are all generally not too difficult.
Interview typical comes from internal referral. One virtual 30 minute zoom than in person meet the team for final round. Your interviewing will be mainly behavioral, but if you act like you are a finance guru you will be questioned like one. I recommend just researching heavy into the company as a whole and be able to demonstrate a base knowledge of IB knowledge.
