Seemed like a new role they were hiring for and didn't have the process down. Sat through a few weeks of interviews and things constantly changed. This was for the Centerpoint Securities portion of Clearstreet.

They ghosted after the first round. HM said I was a strong fit for the role and they would follow-up, but they never reached out and ignored multiple emails.
No response after initial interview. The screening process was fine but their interview process consists of a full day onsite, would not invest the time in it if the hiring managers cannot even notify you when you don’t make it through
