I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (Newton, MA) in Sep 2019
Interview
I applied online and received an invitation for a phone screen 2 weeks later. The interview was fairly straightforward; it included some behavioral questions and a life sciences case that was similar in structure to the practice one online. I was then invited to in-office interviews in September, where I had four back-to-back interviews with several members of the team, including consultants and EMs. The cases were more difficult than the phone screen and definitely tested my creativity and ability to think on the spot. The most challenging interview was the last one (with a senior EM) as it was more open-ended did not follow a typical case format. The behavioral questions were brief, and most focused on my research and/or previous professional experiences. Overall, I enjoyed meeting all my interviewers and had a positive experience at the office.

I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
The interview was good but challenging. The interviewer was kind, professional, and supportive, making the conversation comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and a valuable learning opportunity for me.
I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview was composed of two rounds, one behavioral interview with a quick introduction and two standard questions. The case part of the interview was life science related, pretty intuitive. Each round was 30min and both interviewers were personable.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a mistake, what did you learn from it?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (New York, NY) in Mar 2025
Interview
relatively straightforward, both interviewers are very nice and helpful. Case interview first then behavioral. There are three behavioral "story type" questions, so be prepared to tell your stories! We finished the behavioral interview within 20 mins, so I also had plenty of time to ask questions. A good experience overall.
