I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (Newton, MA)
Interview
The interview process started with an on-campus interview, one-on-one with a current analyst. The analyst I interviewed with was very nice and polite, and the interview consisted of a few behavioral questions followed by a case study with both quantitative and qualitative questions. The focus of the interview was definitely on the case study.
After the first round interview, I had a superday at the ClearView offices where I met with multiple analysts and two of the partners. Everyone was very nice, and what I liked the best was that the partners tried to teach you something during the interview. The case studies were definitely to test your skills and you want to get those questions right, but the more qualitative questions asked by the partners seemed to be centered around probing your thought process and seeing how receptive you are to learning new things when your initial answer was wrong.

Question 1
The cases were all pretty standard and involved market sizing for different drugs where you have to take into account number of patients, incidence/prevalence, how many times a year the drug is taken, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
1 behavioral and 1 case study interview. Behavioral were common questinos: Why consulting, why Clearview, intro, a time you problem-solved, a time you worked with a difficult person. The case study was rushed, and it felt like someone was breathing down my neck. Market sizing and suggestions as to what actions the client should take.
Heard back the day after the deadline to schedule first round interview. 1 behavioral and 1 case. Then heard back within 2 days to schedule the final round which consisted of a strategy case and scientific discussion. Heard back within 2 days that I didn’t get the position. Quick response times and friendly people.
First round was a case interview with a consultant directly followed by a behavioral interview with HR. Behavioral questions were typical ones like "tell me about a time you made mistakes." Overall very respectful and pleasant conversation.
