I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners in Oct 2014
Interview
Saw them at a university career fair. Presenter was very energetic and bubbly and emphasized that this company is different from other consulting companies because they do "real science". I liked that. Sent in resume and cover letter to email provided; heard back later than others but perhaps they did interviews in waves. Had a first-round interview the day after someone else had second-round interviews, but we both got the same case. It was a medical condition-related case. The first-round interview was over the phone and it was very difficult to communicate since my earphones volume were uncontrollable and it was to the max. Prior to the case, we had a fit interview - went over resume in detail. Asked a behavioral question.

I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
The interview was good but challenging. The interviewer was kind, professional, and supportive, making the conversation comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and a valuable learning opportunity for me.
I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview was composed of two rounds, one behavioral interview with a quick introduction and two standard questions. The case part of the interview was life science related, pretty intuitive. Each round was 30min and both interviewers were personable.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a mistake, what did you learn from it?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (New York, NY) in Mar 2025
Interview
relatively straightforward, both interviewers are very nice and helpful. Case interview first then behavioral. There are three behavioral "story type" questions, so be prepared to tell your stories! We finished the behavioral interview within 20 mins, so I also had plenty of time to ask questions. A good experience overall.
