I was contacted by a recruiter and then had a 30min interview with the hiring manager. There were several red flags. 1. There was no job description offered to me other than what was on their website. 2. In the 30min call, hiring manager mentioned that he had interviewed over 100 people for this role, many getting to final round and then realizing they were not a good fit. This tells me the company is not clear on what they need or want 3. Hiring manager spoke negatively about other companies during the call, which rubbed me the wrong way I did not follow up after the call nor did they reach back out to me.
