I am a biology PhD candidate, I heard about ClearView through on-campus recruiting events and applied online for a consultant position. Got a first round phone interview - roughly 30 minutes of personal fit followed by a brief case. Did not get invited for a final round interview on site. It took a while for them to get back for me, which was a bit frustrating. When I did hear back, the interviewer was happy to provide some constructive feedback on my interview, which I greatly appreciated. He also mentioned that the company had an uncharacteristically light recruiting cycle this year.

The interview was good but challenging. The interviewer was kind, professional, and supportive, making the conversation comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and a valuable learning opportunity for me.

The interview was composed of two rounds, one behavioral interview with a quick introduction and two standard questions. The case part of the interview was life science related, pretty intuitive. Each round was 30min and both interviewers were personable.

Interview
relatively straightforward, both interviewers are very nice and helpful. Case interview first then behavioral. There are three behavioral "story type" questions, so be prepared to tell your stories! We finished the behavioral interview within 20 mins, so I also had plenty of time to ask questions. A good experience overall.
