I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clearsight Advisors (Tysons Corner, VA) in Sep 2023
Interview
Round 1 was a 2:1 on-campus interview for 30 minutes, where I was asked a few basic IB technicals (3 statements, depreciation, methods to value a private company] and some behaviorals about why banking, hobbies, etc.
Superday - they flew us out in person in Tysons Corner office. They had six 2:1 interviews in 3 hours with breakfast and lunch served as well. Very nice team, every interview had a purpose relating to a different pillar of theirs. Ex: integrity, intellectual curiosity, life goals, etc. One interview was entirely technical and the rest were more about getting to know you and see if you're a good fit. The MD's were very nice and those conversations were my favorite.
