The process started with the hiring manager calling me to learn more about my experience, why I was interested, and what I was looking for. She told me more about position as I had not seen a description at that point. At the end of our conversation she said she would follow up to schedule time for a face to face converstation with her, someone from sales, and one of the company leaders. She contacted me the next day, and I interviewed the following week. The interview questions and those on the panel were professional, and I felt good about the company and the opportunity upon leaving.
