I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Boise, ID) in May 2012
Interview
The interviewing process at Clearwater is intensive. Typically, you will have a preliminary phone screening, followed by a two-on-one interview with the client services department heads. If you are asked to move onto the next phase, you will have a panel interview with the principals. The phone screening will be made up of basic accounting or finance questions. The first face to face interview is difficult. They by no means ask you behavioral questions. The questions are designed to make you think critically and demonstrate your ability to field difficult questions under high pressure. One interviewer will ask the majority of the questions while the other takes notes. I was hired after this interview and fortunately did not have to go in front of the principals.

Question 1
The questions are all technical. You will be asked to demonstrate knowledge about accounting and finance, in particular. I was asked questions about the different types of securities - Available for Sale, Held to Maturity and Trading - how each is reported differently and why.
Phone interview, test (not to bad) then two interviews after. General questions like describe how you handle tough situations with clients, give an example of when you had to tell a client something went wrong and how did you handle

3 stages, first HR then Team and final with Heads. Very smooth in general with HR acting as supporting and Team/Heads challenging throughout the stages. Used to be some stress testing to ensure that you are prepared to deal with different client situations.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)
Interview
The first step was an interview over the phone. It was not a great experience, as soon as she found out that I was not still with my prior employer there was a lot of negative energy from the interviewer that remained the duration of the call. I was then ghosted by the recruiter, which aligns with what a lot of colleagues have also said about interviewing at this office. If they do not treat you right as a candidate, they definitely will not treat you right as an employee.

If I was still with my employer, why not? After that the only questions that were really asked is if I had any questions. At that point it was very clear that they were not interested
